Can I make a change or return an online purchase at an Authorized Distributor Store?
Our Distributors are not authorized to make any change to a purchase that has been made by our Online Store.
If you made a purchase through the website and when you received the item your size was not adjusted, you can make the change but you must get the garment to our facilities located in Medellin in Carrera 50 G # 1-39 Int 301 Barrio Cristo Rey - Guayabal.
