We recommend that you keep the following in mind when making a change or requesting a guarantee:

For reasons of hygiene, changes or returns of underwear or bathing suits are not accepted, except when there are manufacturing defects, which will be evaluated by our quality department.

You can change products within a maximum period of 8 days, after receiving the order. The items that you are going to change must be in perfect condition, with the labels still on and in their original packaging.

In the realization of the changes, the shipping costs will be assumed by the user except for previously verified cases in which a manufacturing defect has been registered.

Garments from previous collections or special prices will be exchanged only for garments from the same collection (subject to product availability on the website). And it will be received for the current value of the pledge.

The garments enjoy a period of 30 days of guarantee on factory defects. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use (damage to seams, broken, poorly washed), will not be recognized as a guarantee.

If at the moment of receiving your merchandise you evidence an error in the delivery you must notify it to the email info@moldeatefajas.com in a maximum of 2 business days, after having received the order.
